An extraordinary product comes not from an ordinary route rather from an extraordinary one.This now know as extraordinary was once the norm, the typical and the customary.
The commercializations of almost every thing had changed those norms even changed our pallete and taste, we can barely if ever remember how true goodness was made, served and sold.
Merchants used to sell what they believed in, what they took pride in and what was part of their identify and life, merchants never sold based on expected turn out irrespective of goodness, identify or pride.
At OLD SCHOOL we did not only like food we actually studied Food and Human Nutrition, we lived with live stocks, we planted seeds, vegetables and fruits and made food from the source. We sell what we like, what we believe in and what we stand for. We never sell nor serve what we don't actually eat and serve to our families, even if the out come was tremendous and even if our share of the market was declined. We cater to those who feel that, to those who know that food is not a subject of compromise...
لعله مما لا شك فيه ان المنتج المميز يتاتى بطريقة مميزه. في يوم من الأيام كان التجار يبيعون ما يقتنعون بلعبه و كانت صنعتهم جزء من هويتهم حتى اصبح اسم الكثير منهم مشتقا من صنعتهم كالعطار و اللحام و النجار و الاسكافي و غيرها الكثير. في تلك الايام لم تكن قوى السوق من عرض او طلب هي المحدد لطبيعة المنتج إنما مؤثر من مؤثرات السعر، و لم يكن السوق يوما سيدا إنما ساحة و موضعا للتبادل. اما الان فأصبح السوق هو السيد و حجم الانتاج هو المقياس الثابت و اصبحت الجوده متغيرة مطوعة بما يناسب الانتاج المرغوب… نحن في مطبخ و ملحة دقة قديمة لا نحب ما نعمل فقط بل درسنا الغذاء و التغذيه و عملنا في تربيه المواشي و زراعة الحبوب و الخضار و الفواكه و انتجنا الغذاء بالطريقه اللتي تقيس بالجوده و تثبتها و تعتبرها المقياس الثابت. في دقة قديمة نقدم الجوده على الحجم و نبيع مانعلمه فنحن نختار ذبائحنا و نذبحهم بايدينا و نعد طعامنا يوميا و لا نستخدم اي مكون الا من اعلى جوده….

If you don’t enjoy our product we will gladly replace it or refund it , As long as we are informed within 4 hours so we can make the necessary adjustments. This has been my experience at old school. Authentic Middle Eastern cuisine And a non-cookie-cutter approach to food. Some of the things that stand out to me about this food establishment are They stand by their product meaning if for any reason you don’t enjoy the meal they will replace it or refund you. Also another thing that I appreciate about this place is how constructive criticism is actually welcomed instead of taking offense they welcome you to critique their product so they can improve. Not many places have this attitude towards their product or customers. If you are interested in trying fresh Middle Eastern authentic cuisine definitely give this place a try.
Great food, great prices, and most importantly, GREAT hospitality. They treated us as if we were dining in their home. The lamb and chicken was very tender. The salad was refreshing. They do mostly catering, but they accommodated us for dine in. Thank you very much!
Hands down the best of the best Arab home food! The lamb intestines are so good, the lamb chunks are so well done it falof the bones, the chicken is spiced and cooked to perfection. I am so glad I got to try this place out. It’s a once in the life time experience if you want to try out some Arabian home cooked food! Highly highly recommended!!
Old School is the absolute place to Go when you miss the smell of home. The aroma from the spices will take you back to your mothers or your grandmothers home. Any meat you order you are in for a fall of the bone melt in your mouth experience. The rice is made to perfection. They give very generous portions which is great because you will literally want to keep eating! Definitely one of my all time favorite places to eat
